How do I place my order?

Choose the products you’d like to purchase and click “ADD TO CART” button. Once your shopping cart is ready, click the “Checkout” button to proceed to order placing where you’ll be asked for your shipping and payment details and then your order will be confirmed.

You can also place your order through call, WhatsApp, Facebook on the given numbers.

How is my order shipped & how long does it take for my order to reach me?
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding PK public holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
  • Pakistan – Call Courier Overnight

We strive every minute to make sure that your order is delivered to you within 3-4 working days in any city across Pakistan. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Solehaan. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by inclement weather conditions, shipping   carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card.

How do I track my order?

Please sign in to your account to see your order tracking history. You can also track your order using the tracking number we emailed you after order confirmation or call us at +92-300-4997653.

What are the delivery charges?

We provide free delivery across Pakistan on orders above Rs.5000/- For orders below the specified amount, we charge Rs.150/- standard delivery charges to anywhere in Pakistan.

What is your return policy?

We have no existing refund policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock, or if the product is in a defective condition, refunds may be exempted. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed.

How can I make changes in my order?

Please contact our customer care +92-300-4997653 to make any changes in your order as soon as possible. Your order is shipped within 1-2 days max once it has been confirmed. We will be very glad to assist you in making your required changes if it has not already been shipped.

Is my personal information kept private?

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

Are there any hidden charges that I am going to find out later?

There are no hidden charges. You are charged what has been shown on the website and a receipt is sent to you containing your order details and billed amounts via email right after you confirm your order.
